Shipping & Returns

UK DELIVERY

For orders within the United Kingdom, we despatch by ROYAL MAIL RECORDED DELIVERY which is a signed for service.

All orders are processed within one working day of payment, and delivery is typically next day (although can sometimes take two days).

If you have not received your order within 3 working days, please contact us sales@poppers.co.uk and we will investigate.


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

For orders outside the United Kingdom (INTERNATIONAL) we send by Airsure, which is an insured and trackable standard airmail service.

Deliveries within Europe typically take 3-5 days.  Deliveries outside Europe take 5-14 days.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are outside the European Union, your package maybe subjected to a customs check when it arrives in your country.

We mark all packages as 'Room Odouriser' and split large orders into several packages to reduce the liklihood of this, however, if this type of product is prohibited in your country, the package maybe held by customs.  We have not experienced many problems with this in the past, but some countries are more strict than others.

In the event that your package is held by customs, please contact us and we will find a solution.

RETURNS

Under Distance Selling Regulations, customers are welcome to return part or all of their order for a refund within 14 days of receipt of the order.

Items will only be accepted back that are in brand new condition with all seals intact, and heavily packaged.
